Our Mission:
Mended Hearts, affiliated with the American Heart Association,
is a support group for heart trauma patients. With 5 chapters serving
the major metropolitan areas of Arizona, Mended Hearts members visit
patients and their families in hospitals and provide information to assure hope
after the heart trauma.
Our Motto:
